At Arise Dental, you can expect quality dental care from your very first visit. Anxiety and confusion have no place in our office. We strive to make every visit comfortable, positive, and informative.

To keep your first visit as smooth and brief as possible, please bring:

1. Your previous dental x-rays from the last six months. No x-rays? Our staff will take a new set.
2. Fill out the few simple forms at the right of the page. They are important since they provide us with your relevant medical history, a list of your current medications, your dental history, and information about your insurance coverage. You can fill out these forms digitally and submit them or you can download, print, and fill them out to bring to the office for your visit.

Allow between an hour and ninety minutes for your first appointment.

Please keep in mind that parents or guardians must accompany patients under the age of 18 to each visit.

Dr. Curtis West will perform a complete dental exam to start. Through this process, he will identify any damage, decay, or disease, including periodontal disease. Following the examination will be a consultation about the results and suggested treatment(s).

Depending on your overall dental health condition, we may clean your teeth during your first visit or schedule you for a follow-up appointment.
