Why would patients choose the Smile Savings Plan (SSP)?
With this plan, not having dental insurance no longer has to get in the way of consistent and quality dental care. Preventive dental care is the best and most affordable way to ensure dental health. Regular dental exams and cleanings are a major part of the process, and Smile Savings makes these procedures and others more affordable. There are no maximums, no deductibles, and no waiting periods.
What is an Arise Dental Smile Savings Plan?
Our Smile Savings Plan is a discount plan that saves patients 20-100% off regular dental fees at our office. It is not insurance, so there are no waiting periods, no deductibles, and no maximums. The plan pays for itself with just a regular cleaning, exam, and x-rays.
How much does Smile Savings membership cost?
Membership is $139 for a 12 month period for an individual. $199 for a couple or $249 for the entire family (parents and children under 18).
How do I become a Smile Savings Plan member?
Call us or stop by during our office hours and speak with one of our excellent Arise Dental Staff to enroll. Your enrollment period will last for 12 months after you sign up.

You have several payment options to choose from, including payment in full, or by cash, check, or credit cards with or without EMV cards, Google Pay or Apple Pay. In addition to offering the Smile Savings Plan and accepting many insurance plans, we also offer CareCredit. With no up-front costs, no pre-payment penalties, and no fees, CareCredit functions like a credit card. It allows for additional treatment or add-on charges without re-applying. CareCredit® financing offers a full range of No Interest and Extended Payment Plans for treatment fees from $1,000 to over $25,000.
Extended Payment Plans:
- 24 and 36 month plan options
- Available for procedure fees from $1,000 to over $25,000
- Monthly payments as low as $35 for a $1,000 fee balance
No-Interest Payment Plans:
- Three-, six-, and twelve-month plan options
- No interest if the balance is paid within the specified time period
